How do I change my contact details such as address, email or telephone number?

You can now update your details instantly without leaving your app.

Access your personal information by selecting the profile icon in the top left-hand corner of the homepage. 

From there, you can amend your address and contact details.

Only the main cardholder can make changes to the account.

If you need help updating your details, tap ‘Help’ below, then ‘Direct call’ to speak to us. Lines are open 24 hours a day, and call charges may apply.
