How do I report my card Lost and Stolen?
If you’ve lost your card or it’s been stolen, it’s important to let us know as soon as you can, so we can cancel your card.
From the home screen in the app, select ‘Cards’, then 'Report card lost or stolen' and follow the instructions. We’ll block your card as soon as you report it lost and stolen. You should receive your replacement card in 5 working days.
Unless you’ve requested a new one, your replacement card will have the same PIN as your lost and stolen one.
