Why isn’t the app working?

First, check your app doesn’t need updating. You could set your device to update it automatically, so you’ll always have the latest version installed.

If your app is up to date, try closing and reopening it. If you still have the same issue, there might be a problem with the app at our end that we’re working to fix, so please try again later.
