How do I access my travel insurance documents online?
During the purchase process, you'll receive and access your documents online. You’ll receive an email with a unique log-in.
During the purchase process, you’ll be given an option to receive your documents by post or to access them online. If you opt to access them online you’ll receive an email with a unique log-in.
To access your documents, select the 'Retrieve Documents' button, which will link to your log-in page. You’ll be asked to enter
- Your email address
- Your policy number (provided in the email)
- An answer to your security question
Your email service provider may require you to select 'show content' in order for the button to appear.
If you don’t receive the email, are unable to see the button or have lost or deleted the email in error, please call us on 0330 102 6417. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
One of our claims advisers will aim to contact you within 2 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. For all other policies, please call us on 0800 15 16 171.
For a new claim, the line is opened 24/7. For an existing claim the opening hours are: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
