How do I access my travel insurance documents online?
During the purchase process, you’ll be given an option to receive your documents by post or to access them online. If you opt to access them online you’ll receive an email with a unique log-in.
To access your documents, select the 'Retrieve Documents' button, which will link to your log-in page. You’ll be asked to enter:
- Your email address
- Your policy number (provided in the email)
- An answer to your security question
Your email service provider may require you to select 'show content' in order for the button to appear.
