I have more than one Barclays Online Banking profile. Why can’t I see them all together in the app?
Due to the complex nature of some accounts, we link one profile to each device. Where possible, you can move to a single profile by contacting the Online Banking helpdesk on 0345 600 2323* or your Barclays Business Manager. If it’s not possible for you to have a single Barclays Online Banking profile, you’ll need a separate device for each to see each group of accounts. You’ll also need to register a Barclays current account from each profile when you register each device.
