Do I need to activate the PINsentry card reader before I use it for the first time?
No, but we do recommend that you remove the warning labels before using your PINsentry card reader.
If you’re unsure of how to use PINsentry, our Online banking demos will show you how to set up and authorise payments in Online Banking. Remember that your PINsentry card reader is a security feature to protect your account. If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times into it, your PIN will lock and you won’t be able to use your card.
