Can I have more than one PINsentry card reader?
Yes, you can order additional card readers in Online Banking.
Log into your Online Banking, select ‘Manage accounts’, then ‘order’ and ‘order a PINsentry card reader’. We might charge you for ordering an additional card reader, but we’ll let you know when you order it.
You can also use Mobile PINsentry.
You can also use one of our card readers that belongs to someone you know – it will work just the same.
