Can I use the PINsentry card reader if I've forgotten my PIN?
You need your PIN to use the card reader. If you've forgotten it, you can get a reminder as long as you're registered for Online Banking, our app or Telephone Banking.
If you're registered for the app, you can use Mobile PINsentry instead. You only need to know the login passcode you set for your app to use it.
