What happens if my PINsentry card reader is lost or stolen?

No one will be able to access your accounts in Online Banking using just the PINsentry card reader. If it's lost or stolen, contact our Online Banking Helpdesk on 0345 600 2323* (outside the UK dial +44 247 684 2063) to order a new one.
