Why are my transactions or balances not up to date for accounts from other providers I’ve linked to my Barclays app?

If you’ve got accounts from other banks linked to the Barclays app, we ask your other banks to securely send us an up-to-date balance and transaction list every time you log in.

Sometimes it’s not possible to refresh your balance and transactions quickly enough. If this is the case, we’ll show you the most recent balance and tell you the time and date it was recorded.
