Why can't I make payments from an account with another bank that I’ve added to my Barclays app?
At the moment, you can make payments from current accounts. It’s not possible to make payments from accounts that use currencies other than sterling, or from savings or credit card accounts.
If you can’t see your sterling current account when trying to make a payment, then please get in touch using call us in the app and we’ll do our best to help.
