Why do my current account balances and transactions from another bank or provider look different within my Barclays app to how they appear in my other banking app?

Being able to view current accounts from multiple providers within Barclays Mobile Banking is an exciting new feature – thank you for being one of the first to use it.  

There may be times when you find that your balances and transactions from current accounts held with other banks appear differently to your transactions with us. This is because we present your data from your other bank(s) back to you as we receive it from them. Every now and then, this data might not look how you would expect.

If you would like more information about a transaction on any of your current accounts held with another bank, you should contact them for further support.
