Why do my account balances and transactions from other banks or providers look different in the Barclays app?

We display information from your linked accounts in the way we receive it from your other providers. That means your balance and transactions might not always look like your Barclays transactions, or the same as they’d look in your other banking app.

If you’d like more information about a transaction from one of your linked accounts, you should contact your other bank.

If you have a suggestion for how we can improve the Barclays app, open your app, choose ‘More’, then ‘Settings’ and ‘Suggest your ideas’.
