How do I know if I had PBP?
If you have old statements, they’ll show a monthly charge for ‘Payment break plan’.
If you’re not sure whether you had it, you can ask us to check by writing to us or calling us.
If you signed up for PBP, it would’ve been by phone, either when:
- You completed your credit card application
- You called to activate your card
- During a call while you had the card
You could’ve cancelled it at any time and there were no active PBPs by December 2016.
