How can I cancel a recurring card payment?

You need to contact the retailer to cancel a recurring card payment.

However, we can block future recurring card payments to retailers if you call us on the relevant number below. You’ll need to call three days before the next payment is due to ensure the payment won’t still be taken.

The block will last for 25 months, or until you unblock it, which you can do at any time by calling us. You’ll still need to pay any money you owe the retailer.
