What do I do if the ATM Account Verification code doesn’t work when I’m registering for Pingit?

Before contacting us, you should double check that you’re using the Account Verification code that was included in the reference of the penny payment you were sent and not the Mobile Verification code we sent you in a text message. You should also bear in mind that Account Verification codes are only valid for 5 days. After that you’ll need to request a new one. 

If you received a penny payment, the Account Verification code will be in the format ‘pingitXXXXXX#’. The mobile verification code will be in the format XXXXXX.
