What should I do if a customer disputes a transaction made using Pingit?
As a trader, you must comply with various regulations that give customers certain rights when a purchase goes wrong. We expect you to comply with your obligations under any regulations that apply to you. This includes working with the customer to resolve any dispute and providing a refund or replacement without delay. If you don’t do this, we might not let you continue to use Pingit.
