I sent money to someone with Pingit and they didn’t get it

Check the person you sent the money to is registered for Pingit. If you’ve sent a payment link to someone who doesn’t have Pingit or Paym, they had seven days to collect the payment. If they didn’t collect it within this time, the payment might have been cancelled. No money will be taken from your account until they collect the payment. You can find out whether payment was cancelled by checking your Activity screen in the Pingit app.

If they’ve registered for Pingit, but with a current account that’s not held with us, the money will have been sent to their Pingit account, not their current account, so ask them to check their Pingit app.
