What if the person I sent a Pingit international payment to says it didn’t arrive?
We can trace the payment for you to see what’s happened. We’ll charge you £20 to trace, amend or recall your payment. The £20 is to help cover fees other banks might charge us. To ask us to trace a payment, give us a ring on 0333 200 1012*.
*Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as dialling an 01 or 02 number. If your fixed line or mobile service has inclusive minutes to 01/02 numbers, then calls to 03 are counted as part of this inclusive call volume.
