What should I do if the wrong item is sent when I pay for an item using Pingit?

You need to get in touch with your seller. If you have not received your goods or services, or the goods arrived but weren't as described, then you may be able to ask for a refund or replacement.

If the goods were not as described or delivered incorrectly, check the seller's policy but you normally have 3 weeks from the receipt of the goods to report a problem or fault and return the item to the seller and get a refund. If you want the item to be repaired or replaced then further conditions may apply. In the first instance you should contact the seller in question.
