How can I check if I have PPI with Barclays?

If you're unsure if you have or had PPI with us, you can use our online form to find out. If you prefer, you can give us a call, check by post or visit your nearest branch instead. Select your preferred option below for more details.

From 30 June 2019, if we find you did have PPI, we’ll raise a complaint on your behalf to make sure you don’t miss the 29 August 2019 deadline for PPI complaints. See what happens next.
