We’ll send you a new card when your existing one is due to expire. Once you’ve received your new card, you can change it in your mobile banking app.
If you tell us you’ve lost your card, we may temporarily block or suspend it. You’ll still be able to make contactless payments using your phone.
When you contact us to report your card lost or stolen, we’ll arrange for a new card to be sent to you. We’ll also replace your Contactless Mobile account.
If I top up my Pingit account with my debit card, are my purchases protected under the card's chargeback scheme?
No, because Pingit purchases aren’t classified as card transactions. You can find out more here.
What happens if I have an outstanding Transport for London (TfL) payment on my Barclays debit card or Barclaycard?
TfL will try to take payment the next time you touch in to make a journey. They’ll also attempt to take the payment using your card details.
I would like to access my Mortgage Reserve but I lost my debit card and/or cheque book. What do I need to do?

No, but if you sign up for a TfL online account and register your card, you can see your journey and payments history .
