How do I register for Barclays Voice Security and can I do it in branch?

During your normal telephone conversations with us we’ll build a unique voice print for you – you can only do this on the phone, not in person. We’ll ask if you’d like to be registered for Barclays Voice Security once we have recorded enough audio to identify you using this voice print – it’s completely free and you may opt out at any time. If you confirm, you’ll be registered straightaway and will be able to access your accounts using Barclays Voice Security the next time you call Telephone Banking, and every time thereafter.

The entire process is currently only available via Telephone Banking, including the initial conversations in which we record your voice print.
