How to work out
Step 1
Have a look at your spending patterns and get to know your habits – see where you could save a bit extra and write this on the card.
Step 2
Keep the card where you can see it, like on the fridge, as a daily reminder.
Step 3
Consider opening a savings account so you can transfer the money you’d usually spend into a safe place. When you’re ready, try another workout that suits your circumstances.
