Why am I getting an error message in Online Banking?

Error 1120, Error 30803 or Error 1195

Check that you’re using right login details and that the card you’re using is still active. If you use the Barclays app, you can also generate an ‘Identify’ code for Online Banking using Mobile PINsentry

Check that you’re using right login details and that the card you’re using is still active. If you use the Barclays app, you can also generate an ‘Identify’ code for Online Banking using Mobile PINsentry. 

Or if you’ve forgotten your log in details, you can reset them online.
