Your mortgage options
Talk to your Mortgage Adviser about the rates available for you, whether you’re looking to buy a new property or re-mortgage one you already own. Each of the products you’ll be offered are available for loans from £5,000 to £10m.
Our Investment Property Finance options are crafted to help you achieve your ambitions. Bespoke loans are available for larger sums, and for special purpose companies and trusts. Terms of up to 35 years can be arranged, with an arrangement fee based on the balance drawn.
Your dedicated Mortgage Adviser will work with you to design a bespoke solution when you’re borrowing more than £10m. It’ll be tailored especially to suit your personal preferences and the property.
