Representative example

A capital and interest mortgage of £800,000 payable over 25 years initially on our variable tracker rate of 1.44% above the Bank of England Base Rate (currently 0.75%) for 2 years and then our variable tracker rate at 3.49% above the Bank of England Base Rate (currently 0.75%) for the remaining term would require 24 monthly payments of £3465.32 and 276 monthly payments of £4263.66.

The total amount payable would be £1,264,052.84 made up of the loan amount plus interest and £4000 product fee (0.5% of the loan amount), £80 (mortgage exit fee), £35 (funds transfer fee).

The overall cost for comparison is 4.0% APRC representative.

Residential

Talk to your Mortgage Adviser about the rates available for you, whether you’re looking to buy a new property or re-mortgage one you already own. Each of the products you’ll be offered are available for loans from £5,000 to £10m.

Investment

Our Investment Property Finance options are crafted to help you achieve your ambitions. Bespoke loans are available for larger sums, and for special purpose companies and trusts. Terms of up to 35 years can be arranged, with an arrangement fee based on the balance drawn.

Bespoke

Your dedicated Mortgage Adviser will work with you to design a bespoke solution when you’re borrowing more than £10m. It’ll be tailored especially to suit your personal preferences and the property.
