Changes to our app

Easier access to all your accounts

We’ve improved the Barclays app to make it easier for you to view your everyday banking and investments with us. You’ll also find a number of new banking features, like viewing your PIN and reporting a card lost or stolen.

The main changes we’ve made to our app

The homepage now offers instant access to your everyday banking accounts and any investments you have with us

Your new app homepage

The app homepage now provides a list of your everyday banking accounts with us. If you have more than three accounts, you’ll need to tap ‘Show all personal accounts’ to view these.

You’ll also be able to view your investments, wealth summary and more.

View all your investments

If you have investments with us, you can view these by tapping ‘All investments’ on the app homepage. If you have more than three bank accounts, you’ll need to tap ‘Show all personal accounts’ to see this section. You’ll be able to view the performance, allocation and positions for each account.

Your wealth overview

You can still see your total wealth with us by tapping ‘Your wealth overview’ on the app homepage. You can filter your accounts by service, currency or banking entity.

New banking features

We’ve also added some new features to the app.

Temporary freeze

If you’ve misplaced your card, you can stop it from being used with the ‘Temporary freeze’ feature.

Report a card lost or stolen

Let us know in a few taps if your card’s been lost or stolen.

Remote purchases

Control whether your card can be used to make payments online, in-app or over the phone.

Cash machine settings

Change the daily amount of money you can take out of cash machines or switch off cash withdrawals altogether.
