Can we save you some time?

You can do over 50 everyday banking tasks using the Barclays app* or Online Banking. Just log in to pay bills, transfer money, pay in cheques, update your personal details and more.

You can also message us in our app. It's secure, and we’re available from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.

Post Office banking

If you have a personal or business account with us, you can do much of your day-to-day banking, including paying in and taking out cash, in a Post Office

Visit us in person

Barclays Local 

Find us in community spaces, or public places in our van, at set times. Talk to us face-to-face about things like managing your money and banking with our app*. We can also help you with online transactions that don’t involve cash.


Our branches with counter service and self-service machines, where we can help you with all your banking needs.

Banking Hubs

At Banking Hubs, you can use services from different banks, including taking out and paying in cash. We’ll be at most hubs in person at set times.

If you’d like information about the closure of a branch, or changes to its opening hours, visit our access to banking page. You’ll find a downloadable booklet for each affected branch that sets out our reasons for the difficult decision to close. We also consult the local community and publish a feedback report, two weeks before the changes happen.
