With no legal or valuation fees, and no credit checks or affordability assessments, you can use our simple online application form to switch your mortgage rate if:

  • You don't need support when applying to switch rates
  • You're not making any other changes to your mortgage
  • You're eligible to switch online – see below for eligibility criteria

Your buy-to-let property may be repossessed or a receiver of rent appointed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.

Eligibility

You can switch to a new buy-to-let rate using the online application form if:

  • You don't need support when applying to switch rates
  • You're not making any other changes to your mortgage, such as borrowing extra funds, changing your mortgage term or repayment method
  • Your mortgage is repayment, with no part set up as interest only
  • Your name is on the mortgage and it's not in more than 2 people's names
  • You're up to date on your mortgage payments
  • Your existing mortgage rate will end within 90 days or your mortgage doesn't have early repayment charges
