How can I view my statements and documents online?
To access your Statements and documents in our app:
- Log in and go to ‘More’
- Tap ‘Statements and documents’ to view, download or print
To access your Statements and documents in Online Banking:
- Log in and select your profile at the top of the page
- Tap ‘Statement and documents’ under ‘My documents and messages’ to view, download or print.
We’ll email you when there’s a new document to view, so please check your contact details are up to date. You’ll also see an alert on the notifications bell if you log into the app or Online Banking. It’s easy to let us know whether you’d like paper copies or not. You just need to amend your settings.
