When you can have everything from your address book to your diary in the palm of your hand, why not your bank account too? With Premier Mobile Banking, you can check balances, make transfers and payments, and get mini-statements more quickly, easily and securely – all while on the go.
What you can do
Mobile Banking allows you to bank on your phone as you would with Online Banking on your computer. We have designed the following services specifically for small screens:

And with Barclays Pingit you can send money using just a mobile number.
How it works
Our mobile site has been designed to give you access to your Barclays Premier account through your mobile phone, wherever you are. The web pages are designed for small screens, allowing you to manage your account and locate important information easily.
Barclays Mobile Banking provides the same high level of security as Barclays Online Banking and benefits from our Online Banking Guarantee too. It's been designed to work with handsets that support secure browsing of HTML web pages.
We also offer Kaspersky Mobile Security Software if you access Online Banking using your mobile phone 2 – and it's free of charge. This software protects your phone from viruses and enables you to safeguard your data in case your phone is lost or stolen. Access the mobile site
To visit our mobile site, you will need a web-enabled mobile handset 1 and to be an existing Online Banking customer. All you need to do is:
- Start the web browser application on your phone
- Type barclays.mobi/premier in the browser's address bar
- Submit
- Log in using your Online Banking details
And don’t forget to log out when you’re finished! You might want to save the web address as a bookmark to speed things up next time.
We don't charge you for our Mobile Banking service, but you may be charged to access the internet on your mobile device by your service provider 3 – so check with them first.
Web Launcher Icon
Banking on the go with Barclays has never been easier if you're a Barclays Premier customer. Our mobile web launcher icon gives you easy access to Premier Banking on your iPhone or Android device. Once you've placed the icon on your phone, you can just select it when you want to access your Barclays account or to get more information about products and services.

Currently, the web launcher icon only works on Apple and Android mobile operating systems. But Barclays Premier Mobile Banking works on any mobile device – simply access by visiting barclays.mobi/premier in your mobile’s browser.

Barclays Text Alerts help you keep an eye on your accounts via texts to your mobile phone. You choose the accounts you want to monitor and the information you wish to receive. It’s that simple.
