What's covered

Accidental damage and breakdown

Devices belonging to you, your partner, and your and/or your partner’s dependent children aged under 23 (including stepchildren and foster children) living at home outside term time

Claim instantly in our Tech Insurance app, available 24/7

A range of repair and replacement options, including repairs on your doorstep, if our technicians are available in your area

What's not covered

Loss or theft

Mobiles and gadgets that you’ve deliberately put at risk of damage and/or breakdown

Laptops, MacBooks, drones, digital cameras, video cameras, satnavs and any device that needs to be continuously plugged in to work

Devices bought from online marketplaces, like eBay and Facebook Marketplace

Mobile phones with a screen size larger than seven inches (measured diagonally)

Gadgets more than five years old

The excess payable for each approved claim, including for cash settlements
