If we can't offer cover, you may be able to get cover from a specialist medical insurer. The Money and Pensions Service (MaPs) has details of specialist insurers in their Travel Directory. For more information, please contact MaPs here or call them on 0800 1387 777.
Please bear in mind, you may not be able to find cover for undiagnosed symptoms and you may need to wait until you have a diagnosis before you can get cover.
