How to check your debit card details and PIN
You can check these details in your app1:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Security code
- 4-digit card PIN.
You can use them to make payments online or over the phone if you don’t have your debit card with you, or it hasn’t arrived yet.
If you reported your card as lost and a new one is on the way, you can also see your new card details in the app.

How to check your debit card details
- Select ‘Your cards’.
- Choose your debit card.
- Select ‘View card details & PIN’.
- Then ‘View card details’.
- Enter your app passcode.
You’ll see the front of your card, which has the card number and expiry date. Tap the card to see the security code on the back.
How to check your debit card PIN
- Select ‘Your cards’.
- Choose your debit card.
- Select ‘View card details & PIN’.
- Select ‘View PIN'.
- Enter your security code & card expiry date.
- Select ‘View my PIN’.
