Registered practices can submit 10 company formations for free, then it’s £12.50 + VAT for each submission after that.

• A simple company formation process all on one system
• Successful formation confirmation is usually within 24 to 48 working hours. This is subject to Companies House’s processing times and incorporation regulations. Their working hours are 9am to 5:50pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

Barclays Business Introducer Zone gives you a professional and efficient way to refer your clients to us. 

• We guide your clients through the account-opening journey
• See the progress of your clients’ applications
• Accounts are typically up and running within seven working days*
• Additional two free company formations each time a client opens a business account with us, following your referral.
