Whether you need to do your daily business banking or some financial support, we can help. Just have your membership number and passcode ready when you call. 

  • Talk to your business team on 0345 605 23451 if your business has a turnover up to £1m.  Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as dialling an 01 or 02 number. If your fixed line or mobile service has inclusive minutes to 01/02 numbers, then calls to 03 are counted as part of this inclusive call volume.

Lines are open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and closed weekends and holidays.

If your turnover is between £1m and £6.5m, or you’re an agricultural client, call 0800 027 13211. Our lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 7pm.
