Simply Thank You offer terms, conditions and exclusions

These are the terms and conditions of the Simply Thank You offer for customers who get a quote and take out a business insurance policy through Barclays Bank UK Plc. These terms and conditions are between you and us (Barclays Bank UK Plc).

The offer

• To be eligible for the £50 e-voucher offer, you must have been an existing Barclays Business Banking customer before you purchased your business insurance policy
• You must purchase your business insurance policy through Barclays Bank UK Plc between 02 October 2023 and 31 December 2023
• If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a £50 e-voucher. It will be sent to you by email no later than 23 April 2024. You can then redeem the e-voucher on a range of gifts from Simply Thank You
• You must redeem your Simply Thank You e-voucher no later than 31 August 2024. You’ll receive an email reminder two weeks before your e-voucher expires.

Barclays eligibility and exclusions

The policy purchased can be with any provider as long as it’s purchased through Barclays Bank UK Plc. The policy will be purchased from Simply Business, and Barclays Bank UK Plc will act as the introducer.

 Terms and conditions

• Simply Business is a trading name of Xbridge Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Financial Services Registration No: 313348). Xbridge Limited (No: 3967717) has its registered office at 6th Floor, 99 Gresham, London, EC2V 7NG
• The policy must be held for a minimum 45 days from the policy start date. If you cancel the policy within the 45 days, you won’t be eligible for the offer
• If you purchase the policy outside the offer period, you won’t be eligible for the offer. Quotes are valid for 30 days, but you must purchase the policy between 2 October 2023 and 31 December 2023
• You’ll need to provide us with a valid email address so that we can send the £50 e-voucher to you. You won’t be eligible for the offer if you fail to provide an email address
• If you’re eligible for this offer, you may also be eligible for other offers with us. Taking part in this offer will not prevent you from benefiting from other offers
• We have complete discretion to decide whether or not any eligibility requirements have been met
• You can only take part in this offer once. You won’t be eligible if you’ve already redeemed a Simply Thank You e-voucher as part of this offer
• We may withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice
