Do I need to register my contactless debit card, Barclaycard or Barclaycard PayTag with Transport for London (TfL) to use its services?
No, but if you sign up for a TfL online account and register your card, you’ll be able to view your journey and payments history, and get other added benefits. If you don't register, you can only view 7 days’ history.
If you get a new contactless Barclays debit card, Barclaycard or Barclaycard PayTag and already have a TfL account, you'll need to register your new card on it. We also suggest you switch to using your new card at the beginning of the week to benefit from Monday-to-Sunday fare capping.
Sign up for a TfL online account.
To get detailed journey and payment history for your PayTag, call TfL on 0343 222 1234 (call charges apply).
