Why can’t I see all the details of a credit card that I added to the Barclays app?
We rely on the information your credit card provider sends us, so we can only show you the information we have. Along with other banks and providers, we’re working to improve this, but at the moment we might not be able to show you some details, including your
- Statement balance and date
- Next payment date and minimum payment amount
- Credit limit for the card
If you need to check a detail you can’t see in your app, please speak to your credit card provider.
