What do I do when someone’s made a payment to my account, but I haven’t received it?

Different types of payments take different amounts of time to be processed and appear in your account.

For example, payments sent from a personal bank account will usually appear in your account within 2 hours. However, BACs payments (which usually include salary payments) may take up to 3 working days.

If in doubt, check with the person or company that sent the payment and make sure that the details they used were correct.
