You can check in the Barclays app, if you have it. You must have a Barclays or Barclaycard account, have a mobile number and be aged 16 or over to use the Barclays app. Terms and conditions apply.

-
That might have been because the account you linked was closed, or the payment couldn’t be made. In that case, we would’ve sent you a text and letter letting you know that the transfer was unsuccessful and asking you to get in touch with us. If you didn’t hear from us, please get in touch.
-
If we were unable to transfer money to your linked account and you didn’t get in touch with us by 17 September 2021, you can reclaim your money by following the Dormant and Lost Accounts process.

If you used Pingit to register your Barclays bank account to receive mobile payments through Paym, payments sent to your mobile number using Paym will continue to be paid into your Barclays current account. If you have the Barclays app, you can also keep sending payments to mobile numbers, as long as your payee is registered for Paym.
If you linked a non-Barclays account to Pingit, and registered your Pingit account to receive mobile payments through Paym, we automatically de-registered you from Paym at the end of June, before Pingit closed. Please register for Paym with another provider, if you wish to keep receiving payments to your mobile number.
-
If you have the Barclays app, you can see your Pingit statements there. If not, please get in touch so we can send a paper statement to your home address.

As your Pingit account or jar linked to the device or card has been closed, you’ll need to contact the merchant and arrange for it to be credited to you another way.
