If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR (telephone: 0800 0234 567). The Financial Ombudsman Service is an organisation set up by law to give you a free and independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms. Details of those who are able to make a complaint can be obtained from the Financial Ombudsman Service.
