What can I do if I’ve lost my mortgage Agreement in Principle decision email?

If you saved your AiP in Online Banking or using a Barclays Digital ID, log in to your online applications, to find your AiP details and book your mortgage appointment.

If you did not save your AiP and no longer have the decision email we sent you, then you’ll need to complete a new AiP before booking your mortgage appointment.
