Why has Touch ID stopped working?
If we suspect that changes have been made to the fingerprint settings on your device, we’ll ask you to set up Touch ID again. This helps to keep your Barclays Mobile Banking account secure.
Remember, if you’d like to use your fingerprint to log in to Barclays Mobile Banking, you should make sure that only your fingerprints are registered to your mobile device.
Don’t activate this feature if you allow other people to access your mobile device using their fingerprints. We consider any transaction made with a registered fingerprint as authorised by you.
