Can a third party register for Online Statements?

Yes, they can, as long as they’re registered for Online Banking themselves.

Registration for Online Banking can be done online or by phone on 0345 600 2323*+  (outside the UK, +44 247 684 2063*+). 

Once registered, they’ll need to log in to Online Banking and select the drop-down menu from under their name on the homepage. Then they should click on ‘Statement preferences’ under the ‘My preferences’ menu.

Only accounts that can have Online Statements will be shown. They can then select ‘Online’ from the drop-down menu next to the account they want to receive Online Statements for.
