Can I print and save my Online Statement?
Yes. You can print your statements as you would any other document by choosing the ‘Print’ option under your browser’s ‘File’ menu, or by clicking on the printer icon in the toolbar.
You can save your statement by clicking on the PDF icon in the toolbar or under the ‘File’ menu.
If you save your statement to your personal computer, you should make sure that you have enough security to stop anyone else from viewing the information.
If you get an error message when you download your statement, just select ‘Cancel' to clear the message.
You can view and download your statement in My Barclays Documents, too – just select ‘My documents and messages’ from the drop-down menu under your name on the Online Banking homepage and select ‘My Barclays documents’. Select the ‘Download’ button above the statement and save the file to your computer. Launch a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader® and then open the file you saved.
