Why do I receive an 'Unable to download' message when using Internet Explorer 8 to view my Online Statement?

This message is displayed when one of the security settings is set to DISABLED. To view your statements online, follow these instructions using the Internet Explorer 8 menus:

  • Click on 'Tools', select 'Internet Options', click on the 'Advanced' tab
  • Scroll down to the 'Security' sub option
  • Ensure the 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk' option is TICKED
  • Click on the 'Apply' button
