Why can’t I access all the features in my Barclays app?
Once you complete your registration, it’ll take up to 10 days for the following features to be activated in your app:
- Mobile PINsentry
- Direct call
- Report a lost or stolen card
If you’ve downloaded the Barclays app from a non-UK app store, or registered it with a non-UK mobile number, you won’t be able to apply for a loan or overdraft, purchase packs from Features Store, access SmartSpend or request a balance transfer.
