Why can’t I access all the features in my Barclays Mobile Banking app?
Once you complete your registration, it’ll take up to 10 days for the following features to be activated in your app:
- Mobile PINsentry
- Direct call
- Report a lost or stolen card
If you’ve downloaded our mobile banking app from a non-UK app store, or registered it with a non-UK mobile number, you won’t be able to apply for a loan or overdraft, purchase packs from Features Store, access SmartSpend or request a balance transfer.
