What are my bank account terms and conditions?

Terms and conditions depend on which bank account you have with us.

When you opened your first account with us, you signed up to our personal account terms and conditions (Customer Agreement). This is updated from time to time and applies to most of the accounts you have with us. 

Other accounts have additional, specific terms and conditions – these can be found in your welcome pack. You can also call us on 0345 734 5345*  (if you’re registered for Telephone Banking) to request this information or ask for it in branch.
