You can change or cancel a standing order by selecting ‘Scheduled payments’ in your app.
Select ‘Pay & Transfer’, then ‘Scheduled payments’. Choose the standing order you want to change, then ‘Edit standing order’ or ‘Cancel standing order’.

To change a standing order in Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking. Find out how.
- Select ‘More’ next to your account.
- Select ‘View standing orders’.
- Choose the account with the standing order you’d like to change, then follow the instructions.
- You’ll need to authorise the payment using PINsentry.
