How to change a standing order

  • Barclays app

    You can change or cancel a standing order by selecting ‘Scheduled payments’ in your app.

    Select ‘Pay & Transfer’, then ‘Scheduled payments’. Choose the standing order you want to change, then ‘Edit standing order’ or ‘Cancel standing order’.

     

  • Online Banking

    To change a standing order in Online Banking:

    1. Log in to Online Banking. Find out how.
    2. Select ‘More’ next to your account.
    3. Select ‘View standing orders’.
    4. Choose the account with the standing order you’d like to change, then follow the instructions.
    5. You’ll need to authorise the payment using PINsentry.
     

  • Branch

    You can change or cancel a standing order in the app or in Online Banking.
